She provides overall scientific and organizational leadership of the programme, is responsible for shaping the methodological concept of the research, coordinating implementation stages, and achieving the programme’s target indicators in accordance with Terms of Reference No. 135.

Within the framework of the program, ensures:
• development of the structure and implementation logic of the programme for 2024–2026;
• methodological support of research in institutional, human resources, and digital directions;
• coordination of the research team and interaction with partner organizations;
• quality control of scientific outputs and their alignment with strategic policy documents in higher education and science;
• preparation of scientific reports, analytical materials, and policy recommendations;
• publication of research results in international peer-reviewed journals (Scopus, Web of Science) and journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education (CQASHE).

She has extensive experience in leading interdisciplinary scientific and scientific-technical programs, as well as in implementing research projects in the fields of education economics, digitalization, human capital development, and institutional reforms.
